When you submit a form on our Site, you expressly consent to be contacted by MoveLead and its partners via SMS (text message), phone calls (including calls placed using an autodialer or pre-recorded voice), and email at the phone number and email address you provide, regarding the Services and related offerings. This consent is not a condition of purchasing any good or service.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s plan. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us, and you can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email. You may request that we stop contacting you by phone by telling us during a call or by contacting us as described in Section 14. Opting out of marketing messages will not prevent us from sending you transactional or service-related communications (for example, a response to your inquiry).

5. How we share information

We may share your information with:

  • Moving companies and service providers participating in our network, so they can respond to your inquiry and provide quotes.
  • Vendors and subprocessors that help us operate the Services, such as hosting, analytics, communications (SMS, email, voice), payment processing, and CRM providers.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, or in the event of insolvency or bankruptcy.
  • Legal, safety, and compliance: to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights and property, and protect the safety of users and the public.

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. 12. International users

MoveLead is based in the United States and our Services are intended for users in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.
